CANCELLATION POLICY
GROUP BOOKINGS: A group reservation for 6 or more people has to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance via the cancellation link that you'll find in the confirmation email or at the web page of the KRO venue you've booked.
In case of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours before your reservation time) or in case of no-show at the time of reservation, KRO is entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for each person for whom the reservation was made. The total amount of the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card authorized at the time of booking.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Purchased seats for special events such as tastings, New Year's Eve dinner, etc. that are paid in advance at the time of booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Sb., Czech Civil Code, as amended, the purchaser does not have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the purchaser and the event organiser in accordance with the provisions of Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without reason), given that it is a contract for leisure or catering services and the paid service is provided by the entrepreneur, i.e. in this case by KRO Kitchen restaurants, on a specific date or period.
